Fast growing company, in the market DIY for end-user, is looking for its subsidiary in Moscow:
Key Account Manager
DIY / modern distribution channels
- Proactively contacts assigned key accounts and develop personal relationships while gaining a clear understanding of customer’s business and requirements.
- Maintains and updates key customer information; delivers timely sales call and account activity reports.
- Provides the operations team with customer forecasts and communicates changes to facilitate sales and operational planning.
- Makes outboard calls to qualify and solicit significant new business.
- Responds to all customer requests, questions and concerns thoroughly and in a timely manner; handles requests for product information, samples and pricing.
- Processes all customers’ purchase orders and change orders accurately and promptly; handles all customer complaints and RMA’s.
- Proactively assists and supports all department functions to enable the company achieving its monthly/annual sales goals.
- Travel as required to key accounts.
- Suggests process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency or communication.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in business-related field or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; good listening skills
- Strong organizational and computer skills; detail-oriented
- Proven teamwork skills and team leadership ability
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Energetic and enthusiastic team player
